Why hasn't my tracking updated?
It is common for carrier scans to lag behind physical movement. Please allow 48 hours for the first scan to appear. If there is no movement for 5+ days, contact us.
Do you ship to the UK or Europe?
Currently, we ship exclusively to the US, Australia, and Canada to ensure the fastest, most reliable service. We are working on expanding closer to 2026.
