How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If you're a few days past the window, reach out anyway — we review late requests on a case-by-case basis.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 1 business day. Funds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days for debit/bank cards, or 5-10 days for credit cards. International refunds may take 7-10 business days.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No — return shipping is free for all US orders. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label once your return is approved. For international orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
What if my item arrived damaged or I received the wrong product?
Contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) without requiring you to return the item in most cases.
Can I return a product I bought on sale?
Yes. Sale and discounted items are eligible for returns under the same 30-day policy. Your refund will reflect the discounted amount you actually paid.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Items must be in reasonable condition with no physical damage. You can open and test the product — normal signs of handling are perfectly fine. Original packaging is preferred but not required.
