USA Shipping Details

All orders are processed and shipped from our US based warehouse. If you place your order by 2 pm Pacific Time, we dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm PT, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship on the next business day.

USA Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75
  • Flat rate of $9.95 on all other U.S. orders

Delivery windows begin once your order is picked up by the carrier. Delays due to severe weather or third-party carrier issues are rare but possible.

PO Box & Military Shipping Policies

We require a valid street address for all shipments and do not ship to PO Boxes. Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are supported; please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

International orders depart our California warehouse within 1 business day. Shipping is free to Australia and Canada on all orders.

Australia Post and local Canadian couriers handle international deliveries. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. All duties and taxes are included at checkout—no surprise fees on delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

All shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email info@modernstandard.co within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

Order Change Requests

Need to update or cancel your order? Email us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but requests after this window cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. Please do not return items without prior authorization—unauthorized returns will be refused and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  • U.S. Returns: Prepaid return label provided at no cost.
  • International Returns: Free return labels provided for approved requests.

To initiate a return, email info@modernstandard.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions and your prepaid label.
