We offer free shipping to US and Australia. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to other international destinations, but we hope to offer destinations in the near future. The default carrier for US orders is USPS but may sometimes vary depending on the size and weight of the order. The default carrier for Australian orders is Australia Post. We will choose the most appropriate carrier to ensure the shortest shipping time.
Our efficient warehouse allows us to process 90% of orders within 1 business day, so we do not charge extra for "priority processing." However, during peak seasons, processing times may be longer. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Costs & Taxes
We provide free shipping on all orders, regardless of weight or destination. Additionally, the sales price includes any applicable sales tax and customs duty.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. You can also log in to your account to check the status of your order and track your package.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes or cancellations after this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We only use carriers we trust but things don't always go smoothly. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues that may arise. We will take a customer-first approach to resolve any shipping-related issues. Should you have any issues with lost or damaged packaging, please contact us.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping related to damages, incorrect items sent or defective items will be made available to you at no cost. Return shipping costs related to buyer remorse will be at your own expense. Actual shipping cost will vary based on your carrier.
Do not send items prior to contacting customer service. Any attempt to return products without a return label will be rejected.
